The therapy sessions I had were for 3 months. This space was my safe space, where I was comfortable to share my feelings or emotions without being judged. They were a couple of things I needed professional help on since I was struggling. They were methods used to tackle my issues which were communicated with me and safety was always a priority. The challenges I had most were solved and I am at a better space now when I revisit the things that haunted me then. Mentally I am in a better space.

What can I expect in my first online wellness counselling session?

Your first session is a chance to share what’s on your mind and what you’d like to work on. Together, we’ll set goals and create a plan that feels right for you.

How long is a session and how many will I need?

Sessions are 60 minutes long. The number of sessions depends on your goals — some people see progress quickly, while others prefer ongoing support.

What issues can you help with?

We work with anxiousness, stress, burnout, trauma, grief, addiction, substance abuse, relationship challenges, and self-esteem issues.

How do I book and pay for a session?

You can book online via Bookings page, which will contain payment details as well. Payments can be made via EFT.

Do you offer online counselling only?

Yes — all sessions take place online via Google Meet or WhatsApp video call so you can access support from anywhere.

Do you accept medical aid?

No — we cannot claim directly from medical aid as we do not issue ICD codes or make diagnoses. However, you can pay for your session, receive a receipt, and submit it to your medical aid under “wellness benefits,” “mental health benefits,” or “extended benefits.” Approval depends on your specific plan — some clients have successfully claimed through Bonitas and Discovery Health. We recommend confirming with your medical aid before starting sessions.
